My name is Lala Bouchereau

Amédée Catering is known for its flavorful foods. Our chef is excited to share a special seasoning blend with you, known as Épis lakay. Rooted in our chef's Haitian heritage, épis lakay is a blend of fresh vegetables, oil, and spices, traditionally used to season meats, seafood and other dishes for enhanced flavor.

We also offer Pikliz lakay, a zesty Haitian condiment made from grated cabbage, carrots, and plenty of habanero peppers. It can also include red onions, bell peppers and tomatoes, adding the perfect kick to your meats and meals.

We take pride in using only fresh ingredients, and all our products are made to order. We hope you enjoy our seasoning and spices.
